What is Bloomerumi?
Bloomerumi's are one of a kind, hand-made outfits, created just to your measurements! Based off of the Japanese clothing called Kigurumi meaning Cosplay pajamas and fashion bloomers. Bloomerumi's come form fitted to clients measurements & with bloomer-like bottoms.

May I request a previously made design?
As of February 11th, 2024 - All character designs have been officially retired and are no longer available for request. You can find available designs in our "Bloomi" section in the Menu.

Alternately, you can try for a OOAK design.

What are OOAK (One of a kind) designs?
These are designs I, Bloomerumi, want to make as a one of a kind creation. These can range anywhere to character designs I have never made before or my own unique creations. I will only make 1 of this design and never make it again.

I anticipate having a majority of the concept done for photographing with the exception of the body pattern itself. This is because the body is custom tailored to your measurements and until the design has been claimed/sold, I won't be able to take finished photos of it all together until then.

Designs not claimed after an extended period of time will be recycled and never offered again.

Your Bloomi designs all say Sold Out, when will I be able to purchase one?
Please find our "Bloomi Deposit" listing for when we are available for Bloomi commission work again. Details can be found on the listing.

We work on 1 commission at a time - Deposit will be restocked for claiming once the current commission is completed.

Can I buy your patterns?
Bloomi/Kigus: No. My patterns are not for sale.
Plushies: You are free to support & buy your own plushie patterns from the artists I reference in the listing.

How long does it take to make [one]?
Bloomi / Kigu orders can take up to 8 weeks.
Plushie orders can take up to 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you take custom commission orders for bloomi/kigus?
We no longer offer custom commissions.

What machines do you use?
Viking Sapphire 960Q, Brother NQ1600E & NQ1700E Embroidery Machine, & Brother Lock 1034D

What fabric did you use?
Bloomi & Kigurumis are made primarily with 100% polyester fleece & (sometimes) faux fur.
Plushie's are made with minky fabric from Howl Fabric, Etsy, and elsewhere I am able to buy from.
I use Poly-Fil/fleece scraps to stuff plush toys & some bloomi designs.

Do you offer payment plans?
More information can be found on the ShopPay selection at checkout. 

What shipping methods do you offer & how much is it?
I will always default to USPS unless YOU [the buyer] selected otherwise. Shipping a plush can cost anywhere from $4 to $20 & Bloomi / Kigu orders are around $20 for Priority Mail. Free shipping on all orders over $100 for US and Canadian residence.

Do you ship internationally?
I ship to the USA & Canada
International - Not Available

What sizes do you tailor to?
XS - 3XL

I am able to custom size up from the available sizing chart but will require additional measurements in order to better fit the bloomi to your measurements.

Do you take custom sizing?
Yes and No.
Due to complications with pattern adjustments, there is a chance I will deny certain sizing due to inexperience with alterations. Drop me an email with your questions and I will answer as soon as possible to go over potential adjustments.

Can you make a bloomi/kigu for my child?
No, only for adults.

Can I alter the design once delivered?
Yes, you are free to make any additional alterations to your completed design if needed. 

Can I replicate any of your work?
I don't own licensed characters. If you want to make your own version of a design, go for it! 

I am not comfortable with people recreating my bloomi base or original designs for sale or commission. I encourage you to come up with your own designs to make and sell.

What should I do if the item doesn't fit?
If the item does not fit due to incorrect measurements - clients will be responsible for a remake fee and will need to pay shipping to send back the incorrect product. 

If the item does not fit and the measurements are correct - client will be issued a return label and we will remake your design at no charge to send out upon completion. Please allow us a bit of time to make the correction depending on our work schedule (outside of Bloomerumi).
